Submissions

From time to time the CMA makes submissions to public processes and responds to calls for submissions about various development proposals. These include proposals for new or expanded coal mines, government strategies and plans, and water management. In this capacity, the CMA is acting as any other stakeholder might do. In response to requests from the community, these submissions are now available for public viewing. As these submissions have been made in relation to external processes, there is no intention that any response should be made to the CMA regarding these submissions.
