Several research projects have been set up in conjunction with
the University of Newcastle and Southern Cross University to investigate
sustainable farm practices on topics including the effect of introducing
cattle into wetlands, the use of cattle to help manage weeds such
as Lippia and Juncus acutus. (Research findings on

page.)

grass grow can lead to valuable methods of assessing pasture.
The
suitability of cattle as tree pruners has been assessed.
