Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) the Hunter-Central Rivers Catchment Management Authority (CMA) and all other NSW government agencies are required to publish a range of open access information. The Hunter-Central Rivers CMA has provided the following information in accordance with section 22 of the GIPA Act, and meets the requirements of section 20. This information will be reviewed at least every 12 months.

This information includes our disclosure log, details of information not disclosed, details of documents tabled in Parliament, policy documents, publication guide and a register of government contracts. This information is updated regularly to ensure that it provides an accurate picture of our work in implementing right to information reforms in New South Wales.
